We were in Flint for the Warrior Dash! I just want to say we had the best hospitality I have ever had at a hotel. Accomadations were great especially for price but the empoyees and service are really what made our stay top notch! Thank you for the amazing friendly service! Not only would ai recommend but I would go back! Their recommendatio led us to the Redwood Lodge! Best dinner and service ever! Can't say enough good!

Was not pleased that Residence Inn Flint had no record of my booking through Booked.net. They just happened to have 1 room left of the type that I wanted. Unfortunately, a cat had been in that room for a customer's 3 months stay and my daughter is highly allergic to cats. The hotel was kind enough to move us to a new room the following day. Other than that we had a good stay at Residence Inn Flint. Our family reunion was a lot of fun.

Angela at the front desk went out of her way to correct all the mistakes that were made with our reservation. She was apologetic and kind.

The staff we encountered were terribly rude (aside from Angela at the front desk, she was fantastic and accomodating); I called 2 days ahead of time to request an early check-in. When we got to the hotel at 2:30 (30 min. Before check in) the room wasn't ready but every other room in our group was ready. We didn't get checked in until 3:15 (15 min. After check in). When we asked several times if our room was ready the woman at the front desk was very rude. When we were put in a room that was already occupied, Angela tried resolving the issue with her manager who never once left her desk, much less looked up from her computer screen (next time, try closing your office door so everyone who is waiting can't see you not doing your job). Our experience was horrible.

Greatly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was clean and incredibly beautiful, the location was magnificent close to the event we were going to. The room was big with a bedroom and our experience was nice! We had a microwave oven, coffee & tea making facilities and a fridge.

I had a decent stay. The breakfast had quick replenishment and the room was surprisingly clean. I appreciated the snack area for a late-night bite and the quiet atmosphere.

We visited with our three young kids and were kinda surprised by the spacious King Studio. The kids loved the outdoor area and we appreciated having a kitchen.

In my wife's opinion, the pool should have been operational for families to enjoy.

great park access and cute staff for weekend walkers

The staff was cute when I arrived, and being just 5 minutes away from lovely Creasey Bicentennial Park allowed me to enjoy peaceful strolls in a beautiful green space . Perfect for weekend explorers like me who love city walks and nature views, although I noticed some repairs were needed that detracted a bit from the overall experience.

Helpful staff but needs cleaning!

Checked in and T at the front desk was super nice. But the room? Ehh, not so great. Food crumbs everywhere and a weird smell that wouldn't leave. They had a picnic area that was a nice touch though. Just wish the place was cleaner. $260 For a messy room feels like a rip-off.

The suite was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. A highlight was the breakfast buffet, fresh choices daily that energized us for our adventures. For a fun evening, we loved the indoor pool. Don't miss it!

I had a lovely stay last month while visiting for a family gathering. The breakfast options were solid, and I really enjoyed hanging out in the cozy lounge area with a fireplace. A small issue was the fridge not being very cold, but overall it didn't put a damper on my trip 😊

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, especially during a difficult time. Conveniently located, it's close to various amenities and offered a pleasant breakfast. I faced issues with lingering maintenance problems, including a broken toilet seat and no maintenance personnel available after hours.

It was just an optimal selection for strolling around in Flint with excellent value for money. The coffee bar ran out of coffee every morning, making mornings a bit rough. Keep asking for what you need. Don't assume it's available.
